Warranty Begins
The warranty period starts on the Start-Up date, or 60 days from invoice, whichever occurs first.
Basic Coverage
This warranty covers any repair or replacement of parts which becomes necessary due to a defect in materials and workmanship under normal use except those items listed under “Warranty Exclusions” in the Download below.
Printed Circuit Boards and Servo Motors
Shibaura Machine printed circuit boards, amplifiers and servo motors are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months against failure due to defects in material and workmanship.
Non-Shibaura Manufactured Parts
Hydraulic valves, pumps, motors, hoses, tubing, air valves, electrical components and mounting pads are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months against defects in material and workmanship. Hydraulic filters are not covered.
Parts Shipment
Warranted parts are shipped prepaid “Ground Delivery” however, delivery time is guaranteed only by the carrier.
